We are looking to recruit a Case Manager to join our team.
The ideal person will be someone experienced looking for a fresh challenge and new way of working. You would, after an initial in-house training period – dependant upon your experience, be working from home and managing your own hours.
We will also consider an exceptional, professionally qualified person with transferable skills/experience, i.e nursing, education, social worker, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, who we would be prepared to train. You would ideally be living near us, as this would be office based during training.
