MSP Case Management requested a mediation meeting with a Local Authority and external mediator as our client did not have 1:1 full-time Teaching Assistant support in school. We gathered all the evidence regarding the client needing this support in order to achieve their potential at school.
A mediation was held, and the Local Authority agreed to reconsider their original decision and fund a consistent 1:1 full-time Teaching Assistant! They have also agreed to fund an independent school!
